What is OneKit?

One app to run your business. Mail, calendar, meeting notes, booking links and team chat sit in one place, with Mini, an AI that does the work for you.

It's made for founders and small teams.

Does it work on Mac, Windows and my phone?

Yes. OneKit runs on Mac (Apple Silicon and Intel) and Windows. Download OneKit.

There's a phone app too, for iPhone and Android. Chat with Mini or call it, talk with your team, and approve the work Mini is doing on your computer. Mail, calendar and meeting notes live in the computer app. One plan covers both.

Get it on the App Store or Google Play.

What does it cost?

You can start free. Free gives you 5 credits a day, up to 30 a month.

Credits pay for the work Mini does. Paid plans give you more credits every month. Every plan and price is on the pricing page.

Where is my data stored? Is it encrypted?

Your account, chats and notes are stored in our database (Supabase, on AWS in the US). That's how they show up on your phone and your other computers.

They're encrypted on the way to us and while they're stored. The keys for accounts you connect, like Gmail, are encrypted too.

Meeting audio never leaves your computer. It's turned into text right there, and no recording is kept.

Do you train AI on my data?

No. We never train AI on your data, and we never sell it.

Mini's answers come from AI companies such as Anthropic, OpenAI and Google. On OneKit's AI, your chats only go to ones that don't keep them or train on them. Requests to make a picture, like drawing your mini me from a selfie, are the one exception.

Can your team read my chats?

Not unless you say yes. Share chats with OneKit stays off until you turn it on in Settings → You → Privacy.

Even then, we never see a chat where Mini used your mail, calendar, files, screen or passwords.

Can I limit what OneKit can see?

Yes.

  • Mail and calendar: OneKit sees them only if you connect them. You can skip that step.
  • Browser: Mini browses in its own separate browser. Turn off Browser in Settings → Apps and it won't browse or look at your browsing history.
  • Files: turn it on or off in Settings → Apps. On a Mac, macOS also asks before OneKit opens your Documents, Desktop or Downloads folder.
  • One folder: add it under Keep out in Settings → You → Privacy. Mini never opens, lists, searches or changes it.
  • Your screen: Computer lets Mini see your screen and click for you. It has its own switch in Settings → Apps.
  • Any one action: set it to Block in Settings → Mini me → Approvals, and Mini can't do it.

The full list is on what OneKit can and can't touch.

What does Screenwatch capture? How do I pause it?

Screenwatch is off until you turn it on. Pressing Turn on everything during setup turns it on too.

When it's on, it takes a picture of your screen every few seconds and notes the app, the window title and the web address. It also keeps the text you write in a box when you send it or click away. It never reads your keystrokes or password fields.

It never keeps payment, bank or password screens: checkout pages, your bank's site and password apps like 1Password are skipped, and a picture that shows a card number is deleted.

The pictures stay on your computer. Once a day, a few of them and that day's text go to an AI to sum up your day.

To pause it, open Screenwatch and press Pause. To keep it away from an app or a website, add it to Never captured apps or Never captured sites in Screenwatch's settings.

How do I delete everything?

On a Mac or a Windows PC:

  1. In OneKit, go to Settings → You → Advanced → Delete account, and type DELETE. Your data is wiped from our servers right away, and OneKit clears what it kept on your computer.
  2. Delete the OneKit folder in your home folder. OneKit leaves it because it holds documents you saved. Screenwatch's pictures are in it too.
  3. Uninstall OneKit. On a Mac, drag it from Applications to the Trash. On Windows, use Settings → Apps.

In the phone app, go to Settings → More → Delete account.

Uninstalling alone deletes nothing, so delete your account first. Copies in our providers' backups are gone within 30 days, and we keep only what the law requires, like billing records.

Already uninstalled? Email support@onekit.co from your account's email address and we'll delete everything within 30 days.

Do you have SOC 2? Who's behind OneKit?

We don't have SOC 2 yet. In September 2026, OneKit passed Google's CASA security assessment, run by an outside lab, TAC Security. Google requires it before an app can read Gmail.

OneKit is made by AI Squads LLC, a California company. The legal detail is in our Privacy Policy.

How do I reach you?

Email support@onekit.co. A person reads every message and replies within one business day.
