Terms of Service

Effective date: April 19, 2026  ·  Last updated: October 7, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and AI Squads LLC, a California limited liability company that operates OneKit ("AI Squads," "we," "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the OneKit application or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at support@onekit.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current subscription price.

  • Billing cycle: Monthly, billed on the same calendar day each month from the date you first subscribed.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
  • Price changes: We will give you at least 30 days' notice before increasing subscription prices. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
  • Taxes: Prices exclude applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.

4. Usage Limits

The Service enforces usage limits (such as monthly email sends, API call quotas, or transcription minutes) as defined on our pricing page or within the application. We may throttle or suspend access if you exceed these limits. Limits are subject to change with notice.

5. Connected Accounts and Third-Party Services

The Service lets you connect third-party accounts (Gmail, social platforms, calendar providers) and take actions on your behalf. By connecting an account, you represent that you have the right to authorize OneKit to access and act on that account.

The Service also uses third-party AI and infrastructure providers to deliver core features. These include Anthropic (Claude) and, through OpenRouter, other model providers such as OpenAI, Google and DeepSeek for AI chat and content generation; Groq and OpenAI for cloud voice transcription; fal.ai for image and video generation; Supabase for data storage and authentication; and E2B for the cloud machine behind Kit's computer. The full list is in the Privacy Policy. Your use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these providers' respective terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the policies, availability, or actions of third-party platforms. Access to third-party services may be revoked at any time by those platforms, which may affect the functionality of the Service. Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or CCPA
  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or harassing messages
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data in violation of a third party's terms of service or applicable law
  • Distribute malware or engage in phishing or other fraudulent activity
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission
  • Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

6A. Kit's Computer

Kit's computer is an optional cloud machine that runs your own copy of OneKit so Kit can work while your own computer is off. The Privacy Policy describes what is stored on it; these rules apply on top of the rest of these Terms whenever you use it. A plain-language guide is at onekit.co/help/kits-computer.

It acts as you

The machine is signed in to your OneKit account and does what you ask Kit to do. Everything it does is your activity under these Terms and you are responsible for it, including for reviewing what Kit produces before you act on it. Section 6 applies to it in full.

What you must not run on it

Do not mine cryptocurrency; use the machine as a proxy, VPN or exit node for traffic that is not your own work; scan, probe or attack other networks or systems; host a service for other people; send bulk unsolicited mail; share its screen or its controls with anyone but you; or resell its time. We may pause or destroy a machine doing any of this and suspend the account behind it.

The sites it visits are yours to answer for

Kit browses from that machine as you, so every site's terms are between you and that site, including its rules on automated access, rate limits and scraping. You decide what Kit may do on a site and you carry the consequences. Sites see one of the provider's shared outbound addresses rather than yours, and you must not use that to get around a block, a ban or a geographic restriction a site has placed on you.

Logins are take-over only

OneKit never puts your passwords on the machine. When a site needs a sign-in, the job stops, you take control of the screen and type it yourself. What you type is stored in that machine's browser profile, which no keychain protects, until you reset or delete the machine. Sign in there only to accounts you are willing to leave on a machine you can wipe.

Hours and credits

The app shows how much machine time your OneKit plan includes each calendar month; not every plan includes it. Time counts only while the machine is awake, by the minute, rounded up for each waking. During the beta, machine time is not charged. If that changes, we will tell you the rate before it applies, and time past what your plan includes will be taken from the same OneKit credits the rest of the Service uses. The AI models that run on the machine use your credits exactly as they do on your own computer. One credit is $0.10 of AI use. We may adjust the included time or the rate on notice.

Refunds

Credits are not refundable and are not exchanged for cash. The one exception is a failure on the provider's side: when the machine dies under a running job, the minutes are returned to your balance automatically, up to 15 minutes per failure and three times a day. A job that produced a bad result, a machine you reset yourself, and time you did not mean to use are not provider failures.

Update, Reset and Delete

Update gives the machine a fresh system and carries your work folder across, so your files are kept; if they cannot be moved, your existing machine is left as it was and the update waits. Reset wipes the machine and builds a clean one, with a switch that decides whether your work folder survives; everything else goes, including anything signed in inside its browser. Delete destroys the machine, its disk, its saved states and its screenshot, and nothing is recoverable. Deleting your OneKit account does what Delete does.

Availability

Kit's computer is a beta feature, off unless we turn it on for your account, and it depends on a third-party provider. We may suspend, change or withdraw it. Treat it as a machine you work on, not as the only place a file lives.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or process through the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant AI Squads LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights necessary to use it through the Service. We do not review Your Content and do not take responsibility for it. You may only post or repost content you own or have the rights to share, and we may pause or stop posting for accounts that break a platform's rules.

7A. Meeting Recording

The Meeting Notes feature records the audio of calls and meetings on your device, transcribes it, and writes notes from the transcript. Laws in many places — including California and other "all-party consent" states, and much of Europe — require that everyone on a call agrees to being recorded. You are solely responsible for knowing the rules that apply to you and to the people you speak with, for telling them the call is being recorded, and for obtaining any consent the law requires. OneKit reminds you of this the first time you record but does not notify the other participants for you.

7B. E-Signatures

OneKit's E-Signatures feature lets an account holder send documents to designated recipients and collect electronic signatures and related evidence. When you select Finish Signing, you intend the signature and completed record to be attributed to you and agree to conduct that transaction electronically. Review the entire document before signing and download a completed copy for your records. If you do not want to sign electronically, stop before finishing and contact the document sender to request another method.

During its initial release, E-Signatures is offered only for transactions within the United States between businesses, where the sender and every signer are acting on behalf of a business rather than in a personal or consumer capacity. This is a product-use restriction, not a determination that every business document is legally suitable for electronic signing.

You must not use OneKit E-Signatures for consumer, personal, household, employment, or residential transactions; wills, codicils, testamentary trusts, adoption, divorce, or other family-law matters; court orders, notices, filings, or other official court documents; documents requiring notarization, acknowledgment, verification, an oath, or a witness; notices concerning utility cancellation, default, repossession, foreclosure, eviction, health or life-insurance termination, or product recalls; hazardous-material records; or any other document that applicable law or regulation excludes or subjects to special signing, delivery, disclosure, identity, retention, or record-format requirements.

The sender is responsible for the document, recipient identities and email addresses, authority and a lawful basis to send it, and deciding whether electronic signatures are suitable. Before sending, the sender must confirm the launch scope in the product. If the document falls outside this scope, use a different process and consult qualified counsel where appropriate.

OneKit records technical evidence such as timestamps, document hashes, delivery and download events, and network/device metadata. OneKit is not a notary, witness, identity-verification service, qualified trust service provider, law firm, or legal-advice service. We do not guarantee that a signature or document will be enforceable, admissible, or sufficient for a particular purpose or jurisdiction.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by AI Squads LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding.

9. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that content available through the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to our designated agent at support@onekit.co with the following information:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • A description of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail to locate it on the Service
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who posted it. The affected user may submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was in error, and we will process it in accordance with the DMCA.

Repeat infringers: We will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

AI-generated content (emails, social posts, chat responses) may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before acting on it or sending it.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AI SQUADS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Squads LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 7–12 and 14 survive termination.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Before initiating litigation, you agree to contact us at support@onekit.co and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the app at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
